The Role
Recruitment consultancy is a varied and demanding profession, predominantly telephone based, so you will need to be a confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence people.
Your working day will be busy, fast moving and dynamic and you will undoubtedly find yourself juggling a variety of tasks simultaneously.
Prerequisites
You will possess a real sense of urgency and have the ability to demonstrate tenacity, resilience, motivation and the desire to succeed. In addition, you will be able to display the following qualities:
